Description

A skinny, rectangular metal tool consisting of a top and bottom strip of metal, with decorative metal elements in the center. In the center of the tool is a horizontal, cylindrical vial. There is a smaller, vertical cylindrical vial on one side of the level, and a space where a matching smaller vial should be on the opposite side.
