Description

Henry Naylor, in front of Pinole Haberdashery, owned by James A. Silvas, uncle of Tessie Baldwin Curran. The store was on Tennent Avenue, next to the saloon operated by Silvas within the Golden West Hotel. It was torn down to build a Standard Oil Station, now Ye Old Pump House, which was originally the lubrication center for the gasoline station. (Bill McMaster). Henry Naylor was the adopted son of Cipriano Silvas and ran the haberdashery on the first floor of the hotel, next to Jimmy Silvas's bar. Henry Naylor was married to Ada Percival.
