Green case that is open. On the proper right side are letters that spell out "insanity" along with 6 die and a plastic, red, army man. Below his proper left foot is a dice with and eye on it. The proper left side has die with printed number (6, 534, and 16) and 8 die with dots on them. a red hook is on top of a green crocodile.
