1914-1919 Allied Victory Medal w/mention-in-dispatches oakleaf, to BRIG. GEN. D.G. DRAPER Circular, copper lacquered bronze. Obverse a winged Victory with oakleaf wreath. Reverse is title "The Great War For Civilization 1914-1919" surrounded by wreath. Suspender of lug/hole at top, ring. Ribbon is watered violet, blue, green, yellow, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, 3.2 x 7.5 cm. Pinned to ribbon is "Mentioned in Despatches" bronze oakleaf 8 mm x 3.7 cm. Bottom row of medal group, fourth from the right.
