Description

The Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George, Companion Grade, to Colonel John Edward Leckie. Seven-rayed gold and white enamelled star with gold king's crown at top arm. Centre is blue/gold/green/white/red enamelled device of St. Michael and the Devil. Reverse shows St. George fighting the Dragon. Both sides have blue enamel circlet with gold title "Auspicium Melioris Aevi" Suspender a gold ring and second ring on ribbon blue, red, blue, 3.7 x 17 cm. Depicted in the top row on the left.
