Description

1914-1920 British War Medal (miniature). Circular, silver. Obverse uncrowned head King George V with title "Georgivs V Britt Omn Rex Et Imp" reverse shows naked horseman trampling on Prussian shield and bones, with "1914", "1918" and sun of victory. No markings on rim. Suspender is plain, straight, non-swivelling, with single tow claw, ribbon is blue, black, white, orange, white, black, blue, 1.6 x 4 cm.
