1914-1920 British War Medal, to LIEUT.MORRISON. The obverse shows the left side profile of King George V, surrounded by the words "GEORGIVS V BRITT: OMN: REX ET IND: IMP:" (George V, King of all the British Isles and Emperor of India).The reverse shows Saint George on horseback and armed with a short sword fighting the Prussian eagle, featuring the years 1914 and 1918. The ribbon consists of the following colours from left to right: blue, black, white, orange, white, black, blue. This medal was awarded to Lieut. David Morrison. His name is inscribed on the medal rim.
