1992 Douglas Garden Club Home Tour, "Doorways" that included four homes -- Bud Baty's Point Pleasant in Douglas, Ballakeyll on Lakeshore Drive in Douglas, C. Prieb's Prairie Farms on the 2700-block of Blue Star Highway and extra footage from tour-headquarters at Saugatuck High School. Tour videoed on July 20.
1994 Douglas Garden Club Home Tour "Over the River and Through the Wood" that included four homes -- the Aerie at 454 Lake Street; Jan and Jim Parrish of Lansing's 3-story condo at East Shore Harbor Club; Dottie Lyon's house on Lakeshore Drive; the Tomayer house on Lakeshore Drive, owned by Carol and Bruce of Wavecrest Nursery. Tour videoed on July 11.

This influential community organization was founded as the Columbine Garden Club in 1928, renamed the Douglas Garden Club when federated in 1947, and renamed again in 2001 to today's [2024] Saugatuck-Douglas Garden Club.
Every year the club presented either a standard flower show at the Saugatuck High School or a garden walk at a private residence.
