Color photograph of 21404 Chagrin Boulevard, built by William W. Blair in 1866 and marked as a century home by the Shaker Historical Society on September 19, 1982. The distinguishing features of the Blair house were the locally quarried stones in the foundation and the rough hewn log beams in the basement.

Blair was a prominent citizen of Warrensville in the mid-nineteenth century, having served as both clerk and treasurer of the township in the post-Civil War period. When the City of Cleveland acquired the Blair farm for cemetery purposes, the house was moved up close to the road and was used as an office for Highland Park Cemetery.Made/Created
