Plate 15 from from Shakers & Kirtland by Louis Baus showing a southwest view of the Center Family office on Lee Road. Baus description: "The office stood on the east side of Lee Rd. on the elevation just south of the present South Park Blvd. It was 24 x 36 ft. when built about 1827 or 1827, and in 1849 a two story kitchen was added 15 x 36 ft. Business was transacted by the trustees and elders and no doubt made the office their home as well. The building was torn down in the middle 1900 when the land was allotted.
