Charles' wife, Leona, is visible on the left, while Charles Palmer, Louise Baus (Louis' wife), and Lois Baus (Louis' daughter) stand on the right. Baus description: "Another beauty spot has given way to progress. The pond was drained when this section was allotted, and Lomond Blvd. and Avalon Rd. now intersect this spot.
