Framed sampler designed and sewn by Mary Mossman Beattie of Malvern School's sampler class in 1937. The school is prominently depicted and surrounded by bible verses and images representing the seasons, school subjects, and community history. The names of other students in the class are along the border. A handwritten description of the sampler and it's meaning is on the back of the sampler (full transcription available).
