Black-and-white photograph of 21709 Chagrin Boulevard, built using materials from the 1844 Solymon Hubbell home that originally stood at the west end of the parcel. It was torn down when the Van Sweringen brothers acquired the land, and the lumber was used to build the house pictured by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Zink. The easterly wing was added later by Mr. and Mrs. Morse. The house was torn down in 1982.
