Description

Plate 693 from Shakers & Kirtland by Louis Baus showing the old home of Daniel Warren located on Kinsman Road (now Chagrin Boulevard) west of Lee Road. The description states the house was built in 1818, a decade after the Warrens' built their first home, a log cabin, in 1810. Baus description: "On Kinsman Rd. a block west of Lee Rd., Daniel Warren built his home in 1818. This was torn down about 1914. The Warrens were among the first to build the log cabins in Warrensville Township."
