Four Shaker Heights Country Club plates: one butter plate (5 3/4"), two salad plates (8"), one dinner plate (9 3/4"). The butter plate and salad plates feature a cobalt blue bust illustration of Shaker woman in large bonnet, facing slightly to right, with a blue "Denmark" border (heart-shaped leaves with small alternating snowflakes or asterisks). This was the first china pattern used at the Shaker Heights Country Club. The dinner plate is an updated design with the Shaker woman in the center with a "Mayfair" border. The butter plate was manufactured by Scammell's Trenton China while the salad and dinner plates were manufactured by Syracuse China.Location
