Know all Men by these Presents, That Alonzo A. Gillette and Julia E. Gillette his wife of Warrensville, County of Cuyahoga. State of Ohio the Grantors, for the consideration of Two hundred and Eighty (280) Dollars, received to Our full satisfaction of The trustees of Warrensville Township the Grantees, do Give, Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the said Grantees, their successors and assigns, the following described premises, situated in the Township of Warrensville, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as part of original Lot No 43, Beginning at a point on the west line of said lot 43, two hundred and ten and five tenths feet. North from a stone at the S.W. corner of the same. Thence east at right angles to the west line of said lot. 266 and 37/100 feet to a stone; Thence north 223 5/10 feet to a stone. Thence west to the line of the Old Cemetery as occupied, thence south 197 5/10 feet and west 136 feet around the East and South sides of the Old Cemetery lot as occupied. To the center of the road. Thence south along the center of the road 26 feet to the place of beginning. Containing three quarters of an acre of land.Acquisition
