"Wealthy and Frank (his wife), This bldg in background is South Park School. Charlie and Cleo went there, (only 4 rooms then), Frank and I also went there. I lived across the street from it - south - Charlie and Floyd's store was across and west of it. 'illegible' My dad was maintaintence man there during WWI. Boys and girls played in basement. Had 2 coal fired furnaces. To each was roadway and east of that the Duwamish River. Boeings big plant (Block long) was on east side of the river. Lots of traffic on it. Big Hiway to Tacoma is east of plant"
