Green slip attached to back with tape with pre-printed categories, with handwritten red specific information "Publication WS Percent 50 Col. Width 2 Copy Identification 766." Also "187" above "23" with line, then "164" below line. Top 1/3 of stamped number and date readable on back of photo, remainder looks like it was removed when tape covering it was removed. Date appears to be 1972. Handwritten "100%" on back of photo. Back of photo stamped "WEST SEATTLE HERALD" and 'CITY OF SEATTLE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT PHOTGRAPHER CHUCK THOMPSON.
