As per son Art Clemente: This grocery store was established in 1936 Saraca and Lydia Clemente. They moved to Delridge in the late summer of 1932 after going broke on a stump ranch -- chicken and egg enterprise in Hoquiam. Art and his sisters Virginia and Rose Mary went to Youngstown ( Cooper) School. Dad got fulltime work in the foundry and then qualified as a FHA small busnienss loan dn built the first stage of the store building.
