Winter scene, snow in foreground. This photo was republished in St. Joseph News Press, May 22, 1960 with following caption: "This is a picture of the old Santa Fe railroad depot at Agency, then called Agency Ford. In the early 1870s Frank James of the famed James boys, caught the train from here to St. Joseph. In the northeast part of this depot he wrote on a board, "Left Agency for St. Joe." After a few years in operation this building was replaced with a more complex structure. For the past four years Agency has been without a depot." Original digital scan on History CD 01
