B) RESOLUTION
Be it Resolved by the House of Delegates of the City of St. Joseph as follows:
WHEREAS, We have just learned with profound sorrow of the
death of Hom. O. M. Spalsbury, a former member of this body and a very
worthy and distinguished gentleman.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY OF THE
CITY OF ST. JOSEPH AS FOLLOWS:
That the heartfelt sympathy of the members of this body be extended
to the members of his family in their sad bereavement.
