"Costing $600,000, the new senior high school to be erected at Twenty-sixth and Edmond Streets will be an outstanding contribution to the architectural beauty of the St. Joseph public school system. This building is one of five new structures to be erected during the $2,180,000 school improvement and building program. Plans for construction of the new high school to be started some time in July. It is believed that it will be ready fo occupancy by September, 1931.
