National Biscuit Company Plant Project Correspondence, St. Joseph, File 2, 1940. Files of Eckel & Aldrich Architects. Correspondence from Eckel over many years asking to be a part of any project of National Biscuit in Midwest or California. In 1898, Eckel did the 1st St. Joseph Bakery. 1921-1922 addition did repairs until it was closed and sold. 1924-1925 Eckel designed the Los Angeles bakery 1933 --did work after the earthquake File includes blueprints, train tickets, ledger book, 1930's repairs by Lehr.
