This Indenture, Made and entered into this Twenty first day of April A.D. One Thousand Eight Hundred and ninety two by and between MOUNT MORA CEMETERY ASSOCIATION, of the first part an Oscar M. Spalsbury of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy ??? 00/100 DOLLARS, paid by the party of the second part to the party of the first part, the receipt whereof is acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents, doth grant, bargain and sell, as well as convey, unto the party of the second part, all that certain parcel of ground lying and situate in the County of Buchanan, in the State of MIssouri, and known and described on the plat of the burial grounds of "Mount Mora Cemetery Association" (which said plat is spread upon the records of said Association,) as . . . . .
the South East half of (½) of Lot Three (3) in Block Fourteen (14) Section "B"
containing 200 square feet.
To have and to hold the said Lot to the party of the second part forever,with all the privileges thereto belonging under as Act of the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, entitled "An Act to Incorporate the Mount Mora Cemetery Association of St. Joseph, "subject, however, to all the 'imitations, restrictions and conditions created by said Act of Incorporation, and imposed upon the owners of Lots in said Cemetery, or stockholders in said Association, as well as subject to such conditions as may now, or hereafter, be prescribed by the By-Laws of said Association.
In Testimony Whereof, The President of said Association hath hereunto subscribed his name and cused the same to be attested by their Secretary, at the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, the Twenty first day of April A. D. 1892.
