Deed, Preston and Martha Richardson To Stanton Backner and Samuel T. Glover, 1845. Preston and Martha Richardson of the County of Andrew in the State of Missouri in consideration of the sum of $1 to them in hand paid by Stanton Backner and Samuel T. Glover of Marion County and State of Missouri the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do grant to them two lots of land situate and being in the Town of St. Joseph lot 5 in block 22 and lot 6 in block 21.
In trust however for the sole use and benefit of, the Indian Territory and for the use, benefit and behalf of no other person, relative, giving to her the said Anne Elizabeth Richardson giving to her all rent and profits arising from said premises.
