Indenture Preston Richardson to William P. Richardson, 1836. Preston Richardson of the county of Lewis and state of Missouri sold property to William Richardson for $1000. The land was the west half of the southeast quarter of lot 2, township 41 north of the base line, range 8 west of the 5 township principal meridian 80 acres and also another tract of land being the southeast of the southwest quarter of section 2 township 61 north of the base line range number 8, most of the 5th, principal meridian containing 40 acres, all of which land lying and being in the county and state aforesaid.
