This is a black and white snapshot in the series starting SHH 11.1134. The balloon is much higher and behind hanger. The entire Wingfoot Lake is visable with land in background. At the middle right the blimp is visable. There is a road bed starting at the bottom left edge and going stright up and bending around lake. There is light seepage all along the bottom edge.
