My dear, sweet, tender, love. Oh for an adjective that would describe my feeling. Bound for Cleveland on the noon train and just a few minutes to drop you this note. Your last letter the best of them all came last evening, and is the cause of my being so sleepy today. I just had to lie awake and think of my Gertrude, her deep love for me, and what a struggle in life I would have to be worthy of her. Well dearest I shall not be able to write to you tonight but tomorrow night you may expect a letter and Saturday we must surely arrange to meet in Cleveland. Your Frank Ever.
