Bust of infant John F. Seiberling, Jr. from head to just underneath arms, including both arms in full. The boy looks forward. He wears a shirt with small lace collar and lace on cuffs as well, but they are slightly turned back at the wrists. Both arms are bent at the elbow and held up to the chest. The right hand cups a small figure of a duck. The left hand covers the duck's breast from the top. The elbows appear to be "resting" on the base.
