Dear Granny Sei and Grandaddy, / This is to thank you very much for the wonderful graduation present you gave me. No book could be more useful to me just now when I am going to begin spending regular time every day trying to write for the Cape Code newspaper. It is such a timely gift that there must have been miraculous connections between us somehow. Graduation day was a big day in my life, and having our whole family there, and Judy too, certainly made it a nice one. / We have had some beautiful days at the Cape during the last week and with all eight members of the family plugging have made a lot of progress on the house. About three-quarters of it is cleaned and in perfect order, and the reign of chaos in the other quarter is being shaken. / thank you again for that book and I hope you will have a pleasant summer. / Lots of love, / from NedTranscriber
