Black and white photographic print. Has been reproduced from a negative. Photograph is of the South Terrace and London Plane of the manor house when it was under construction in 1914. No window glass is present in the stone mullion frames on the upper level of the house. Gertrude Seiberling is in center of photograph wearing an elbow length sleeve dress and a brimmed hat containing a plume. Gertrude is overlooking construction.
