This is a black and white formal photo from Willard's collection. In ink half on image "Sincerely Cook". It is a young man with his shoulders turned 1/8 to his right. His head is turned almost to profile to his right. His nose is very pointed. His hair is parted on the left. He is wearing a high collar with a striped bow tie, medium dark suit with a slightly darker pin stripe. Coat is slightly open and vest is visible.
