4820 Dorchester Ave My dear G.A. – Your card came safe and found me in the stress of settling into our apartment – The going to town to shop is effort for me so I’ve had to go slow. Also have been doing my own cooking and that takes strength but I need to be active – Have been singing in Synogog on Sat mornings and will give it up now as its [sic] a little too strenuous – am feeling fine and enjoy my own home – Have my new piano and some pretty rugs and furniture. It is easy to find inexpensive yet good to look at things in this big city. So we like our place. We have big rooms and light ones – Also good air – I hope you are coming this way soon. We had a wonderful trip and I’m so glad we took it. It was nice to know that you enjoyed Willards’ friend – Albert and I have talked and talked of the good visit we had with you – I am making some thing’s for the baby and enjoy being out of the musical world. except through Albert – He will have a busy season this year – I am teaching a little at home – Do let me know how things are with you – I wont [sic] expect letters – But I think of you often and with love and ddmiration [sic], Yours lovingly, Anna
