My dear Mrs. Sieberling [sic]:
Do let me thank you, and most sincerely, for your splendid telegram of congratulation about the outcome of The Philadelphia Orchestra Endowment Fund. It pleases us very much to have your voice of exultation come to us from Ohio, for we know it comes from one of our very best friends there, as you certainly showed in your generous contribution.
It was a hard piece of work, but the result could hardly have been otherwise, considering the fine enthusiasm and the tireless effort of the workers.
With every appreciation, believe me,
Very cordially yours,
Edward Bok
