Typewritten letter on H.F. Huber & Co. letterhead, written to Mrs. F.A. Seiberling in San Francisco, Calif. and dated August 30th, 1915 regarding updates on the construction of Stan Hywet Hall, specifically the completion of the plaster ceiling of the Music Room and the woodwork for the same being shipped. He also states the woodwork for the master bedroom is complete and "the antique work is greatly admired". He mentions that the marble and tile for the bedroom mantles were "settled on" with Schneider. He states that he went through the house with Caldwell and Sterling Bronze to review the details of the fixtures. He states that the grounds look like a fairy land, particularly the area around the lagoon. He mentions their recent trip to Alaska.
