Typewritten letter on Chapman & Frazer Architects letterhead, written to Mr. Frank A. Seiberling in Akron, Ohio and dated January 25th, 1912, regarding drawings for the construction of Stan Hywet Hall. Horace S. Frazer, after explaining the loss of his own home by fire, implores Frank to allow him to get started on the drawings for his house soon before the mad rush of spring is upon them and everyone wants their drawings done. He mentions that Frank mentioned he could do with a smaller den by Mr. Frazer points out that the change would impact the size of the boys room above it.
