Typewritten letter from architect Charles S. Schneider to Gertrude Seiberling in reference to a letter written to Mr. Heinigke stating his opinion on the decision of putting the "Ockwell effect" windows on both the north and south side of the Great Hall being a mistake. He feels that the focus should be on the bay windows and the fireplace. Written on Schneider's letterhead and signed in pencil.
