Carbon copy of a typewritten letter on Warren H. Manning letterhead, written to Mr. and Mrs. F.A. Seiberling, Akron, Ohio and dated October 27th, 1914 regarding updates on the plantings around the property, specifically the approval of the trees already planted. He also discusses the trees and plantings at the entrance gate and around the wall, the garage, "the lawn garden", "pleached alley" (likely the birch tree allee), "flower garden" referencing the movement of plants temporarily stored here to their permanent locations, "the rose garden", "the Sycamore vista", "the English garden", "the Japanese garden", "the terrace", "railroad banks", "the loggia", "the service drive", "the lagoon".
