My dear Mrs. Seiberling,
I greatly enjoyed being in your home last week, and appreciate your taking in a wayfarer.
What an advantage you have over the usual person who apparently exists, but does not live! You are busy all the time producing something worth while [sic] in life – worthwhile to you and your family and also to your friends. The degree of satisfaction in life which must be your portion must be very great.
I hope you may come South sometime + be with us in our home.
Yours Sincerely
Wm D. AndersonTranscriber
