One window visible on ground floor, two on second floor. Chimney extends from rooftop near front façade dormer. Second building very large, may be group of buildings. Multiple story structure predominately yellow and brown. Both buildings are surrounded by green lawns. One white birch tree and three brown trees are in foreground. All four extend to top of canvas and beyond. All four trees are bare. Sky is gray. Painting appears to by unfinished. Unframed.
