Print developed from gelatin dry plate glass negative. Parachute sandbags tied together and tied to top of bridge railing. Bags are printed with "GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER CO / AKRON, OHIO / U. S. A." Five carabiners visible, connected to ropes on weights. Series of parachute drops.
