This is a black and white formal photo possibly for graduation of Willard Seiberling per D. Steinberg 1985. In ink on his left chest "Sincerely Shorty". His shoulders are square toward camera, head is also straight. He has blond hair and light eyes. He is wearing a celluloid collar with a no pattern tie and a crown like stickpin. He could also be wearing a pleated shirt front. The suit is medium dark with a light pin stripe every three or so inches. It is still in little isinglass envelope.
