ثوب من منطقة غزة، من القماش المجدلاوي باللونين الكحلي والأسود والفوشي، مُطرّز بخيوط حرير يغلب عليها اللون الفوشي. قبة الثوب مُطرّزة بعرق قلادة الحجابات، أما الأكتاف والردهة الخلفية والأكمام فلا تحمل أي تطريز. يظهر على الأكمام قماش مجدلاوي باللون الفوشي والبرتقالي والبيج. لا يظهر أي تطريز على البدن الأمامي للثوب، بينما يحمل البدن الخلفي للثوب تطريزاً من الأشكال الهندسية يغلب عليه اللون الفوشي، أما البنايق فمُطرّزة بالمناجل والأشكال الهندسية باللون الأحمر والأبيض.

A thobe (dress) from Gaza. It is made of fuchsia, navy, and black cotton fabric from Al-Majdal, Gaza (Abu-Hizzein), and embroidered with primarily fuchsia silk threads. The chest panel of the thobe is embroidered with amulets pendant motifs. As for the shoulders and the back panel of the thobe (the upper back neckline), they bear no embroidery. The sleeves are made of fuchsia, orange, and beige cotton (majdalawi). The front panel has no tatreez (embroidery), whereas the back panel has a tatreez of geometric shapes dominated by fuchsia color. The sides (al-Banayiq) are embroidered with manajil (sickles) motifs and geometric shapes in red and white.Made/Created
