ARTIST BIOGRAPHY Further research needed. There is an Anna Stewart Root Frost (1872-1955), born in Kansas, a painter who specialized in watercolour work. The family moved to San Francisco in 1876. She attended the California School of Design and studied art in Paris. She moved from the Bay area to Sonora County in 1910.
