ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Born in Manitoba, Kathryn Amisson is a Canadian artist recognized for her landscape paintings celebrating the beauty of the West Coast and her Prairie roots, and that of wide open spaces.

Mainly self-taught, she has been painting full time since 1978, originally working in pastel, now in acrylic on canvas. Beginning mostly as a representational artist, she now paints in a more Abstract style and has covered a range of subjects.
