ARTIST BIOGRAPHY Stephanie Quainton Steel lives in Sidney, B.C. and is a watercolour painter. She exhibited with the Federation of Canadian Artists in 1977 and was included in the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria's exhibition "British Columbia Women Artists 1885-1985" that also traveled to Prince George, Nanaimo, Duncan, Kamloops, Kelowna (1984-1986). She is the author of "Harvest of Light: An Artist's Journey" (Orca, 1991), a memoir of her sketching trips on foot and in her kayak.
