Description

- A means of producing considerable quantities of electricity. It consists of a cake of resin, which "upon being briskly flapped with a catskin becomes charged with negative electricity." The cover becomes positively charged. Invented by Volta. - The teardrop shaped glass measures 10.25" tall. - The glass surreounded by metal rods measures 8.25" tall. - The other piece of glassware stands 8.25" and reads from 0 to 58 cubic inches.
