Each of these apparatus, one standing 19" tall and the other 12.5", is labelled from 0 to 90 to 0 to 90 and back to the original 0 around the outer edge of the circle. The vertical piece of circular wood is wrapped with wire. The base of each has what appears to be electrodes. One theory is that the devices measure electrical currents.Collection
