Sepia etching of harbour scene by Stephen Parrish who was painter Maxfield Parrish's father. This is marked "after H. W. Ranger" within the etching. It is an etching of a painting called Quebec by Henry Ward Ranger. The second signature in the lower left corner is unclear but believed to be H. W. Ranger.
