Letter - Robert Milner Bear to Mom, Mrs. John L. Bear (Postmarked Jan. 19, 1944 | 11:30AM) Postmark on envelope reads: US Navy, Jan. 19, 1944 | 11:30AM Red 6¢ Air Mail stamp in the top right with approx. 1/4 torn off when the envelope was opened on the side. Picture on the stamp is of a DC3 in flight from in front and below showing part of this front and underside. Across the bottom of the stamp it reads: United States Postage. Right above that is Air 6¢ Mail with cents written below the number six. Letter is written plain white paper, is hand written and two pages in length and written on both sides.
